Conference Fees include Welcome Reception, Coffee and Tea Breaks (2 days x 2), Lunches (2) and Dinner Cruise. Spouse Fees include Welcome Reception, Lunches and Dinner Cruise. The Spouse/Partner cannot attend business meetings. Only GEN members are allowed at any lunch or dinner function.  90% refund on delegate cancellations before February 1, 2009; 50% thereafter up to February 15, 2009.  Upon submission of the this Registration Form, you will be sent an invoice covering Conference Fees by email attachment.

All rooms rates have been negotiated to be fully inclusive of welcome drink, newspaper, American Breakfast and all taxes/service charge (17%) and FREE Internet.  The Hotel advises us that these are the "best rates" available.  Rates quoted on the Internet are either "not available", exclude taxes/services and/or breakfast and/or do not include Internet Access of THB 600/day.


GEN will guarantee your room for the first night.  Delegates must supply a credit card at time of check-in.
